At TOTC, we understand that life events and certain conditions can present unique challenges when it comes to organizing and maintaining a functional living space. That's why we also offer specialized services tailored to those going through a range of circumstances. Whether you're dealing with autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, CRPS, chronic pain/illness, post-surgery or post-injury recovery, a traumatic brain injury, loss of a loved one, mobility struggles, wheelchair use, or energy conservation needs, we're here to assist you. Our expertise extends to areas such as downsizing, life transitions, safe home modifications, fall prevention, and adaptive equipment recommendations. With compassion, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of your specific requirements, we'll work together to create an organized environment that promotes comfort, independence, and improved quality of life.

  • Free in-home assessment

Option 2: Hourly Rate - $75

Things You Should Know:

Here’s What You’ll Receive:

  • There is a required 4-hour minimum.

  • Payment is due at the end of each session.

  • We accept cash, check, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or debit/credit through Square.

  • Please note that you are responsible for the cost of any organizational products, such as bins, baskets, hangers, etc. We will email you a list of products that will fit your space and you will order these items yourself :) We will then install them in the space for you.

  • Want things to move a bit faster? Adding a second organizer brings the total to $150 per hour.

  • Space planning

  • Basic labels (using Brother P Touch Cube Plus)

  • Phone, text, and email support

  • Free donation drop-off (one carload per session; does not include furniture or larger items)

  • Recycling and trash removal

  • Moving box breakdown

  • Travel included up to a 25-mile radius

  • Teachers always get 25% off!


Terms and Conditions

  • Please note that all Discount Packages expire if hours are not used within 3 months of purchasing.

  • All packages require either 100% up-front payment or a 50% deposit to hold your space. The final 50% will be charged at the end of your project, or at the end of 3 months, whichever comes first.

  • The total time needed to complete a project depends upon square footage, the amount of items in the room, and how fast the client can make decisions about keeping/donating/discarding items.

  • Any extra hours spent after an original package is exhausted will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $75 per hour. We will NEVER keep going without your consent, however. Whenever time runs out on a package, we will immediately alert you and ask how you’d like to proceed.

  • The client is responsible for paying for any products (bins, boxes, hangers, baskets, etc.) they choose to use in the space. The client will only be charged for the items they decide to KEEP. If the client chooses shopping assistance, they will provide us with their credit card information to purchase needed supplies. If the client decides to shop themselves, TOTC will send a list of items needed to organize the space after our first session together. Please ensure these items are ordered in a timely manner so we will be prepared for our next session!

  • Please note that Square charges an additional 3.5% service fee when paying with a card.


DIY Days - Organizational Coaching Sessions - $300 per day

Looking for something more DIY-focused? If you want to save some cash and still get organized, let our team come coach you on how to best utilize your space.

During our DIY Day, one of our skilled organizers will visit your home, assess the space, and lead a dynamic, in-depth brainstorming session with you. Together, we’ll devise innovative ideas to transform your space into an organized oasis.

As a bonus, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of recommended products and detailed instructions on how to utilize them effectively so you have a solid plan of action ready to go.

Our team of experts will carefully and efficiently unpack all the boxes, set everything up, get it all organized, and get you started with a smooth transition into your new home. From unpacking and room setup to breaking down boxes and clearing debris, we've got it all covered. With our service, you can relax and enjoy your new space without the stress of unpacking.

Maintenance Plans - $300/month

Please note that Maintenance Plans are only available for past and current clients. Maintenance Plans are a great way to ensure your home STAYS as organized as the day your project gets completed! Here’s how it works:

I come in for several sessions per month (we will schedule these times together) to maintain the organizing systems we put in place in your home. I’ll tweak anything that isn’t working well for you and we can go over new, better systems to implement together!
